Bajaj an industrialist to increase his fortunes and share holdings decides an Alliance of his son Rahul with Mr.Goenka’s Daughter.

Rahul after having confronted with his father over the issue and finding his adamant runs away from home. Rahul lands up in Goa, he meets happy go lucky Wine store owner Laljibhai, who offers him house to stay. Rahul on sight seeing tour of Goa also meets a tourist guide Dolly, and falls in love.
